Your Loan Officer will explain each of the forms in further detail and let you know when each is needed. Depending on the details of your loan, there may be additional forms required, which your Loan Officer will supply. Remember, your First Home Mortgage Loan Officer is there to answer any questions you have and will guide you through every step of the process.
URLA (Uniform Residential Loan Application) This is the standard loan application. Due to the detail involved, it should be completed with the assistance of your First Home Mortgage Loan Officer. This document assures borrowers that First Home Mortgage and related service businesses are in compliance with fair housing and fair lending laws and practices.
Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure Statement Often, First Home Mortgage uses other service providers, such as a title service, that have specialized roles in the home buying process. This document confirms you understand these relationships.
Authorization to Release Information This form allows First Home Mortgage to confirm the information you provided on your loan application documents, as well as look at employment records, income, investments, credit history and income tax records.
Privacy Notice Since non-public personal information about borrowers is collected, this document assures them that this information will remain private and protected, used only for the loan application, and never sold or given to a third party.
Gift Letter This is a letter from the donor to First Home Mortgage, stating that a specific amount of money will be gifted to a home buyer in order to purchase specific property. The relationship of the donor and donee is detailed. In addition, the letter should also specify that there is no expectation of repayment.
Closing Information This is a list of documents that will be needed for your loan closing at least three business days before the closing. Originals will be required to release your settlement package. Have questions about one of these forms? Or need a form that is not here? Contact your First Home Mortgage Loan Officer. |
