Michael Arntz is a Reverse Mortgage Consultant and Manager of the Reverse Mortgage Lending Division of First Home Mortgage Corporation. Mike has over 25 years of experience in mortgage banking with the most recent six years being dedicated to Reverse Mortgage Lending. Mike is experienced in Long Term Care, Medicare, Medicaid and other senior issues.  Mike was awarded the Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) professional designation in 2004 by the Society of Certified Senior Advisors. Mike participated as a major sponsor in the 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 Maryland Governor’s Conference on Vital Aging and served on the planning committee for the 2004 and 2005 National Aging in Place Week. Mike was also involved with this decade’s White House Conference on Aging (WHCoA) held in October 2005.  Mike is a member the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association (NRMLA) and the American Society on Aging (ASA). Mike lives in Queenstown Maryland and is active in his community as a member of several service organizations as well as being a coach and active supporter of local youth sports programs.
