Jeff Halbert has been in the mortgage business for over 10 years, and has consistently been in the First Home Mortgage’s Chairman’s Club over the past several years. He has an undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, and master’s degree from San Diego State University. He currently lives in Calvert County, Maryland, with his wife and two children.
